Barbeque Bacon Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 6 slices bacon
Directions
In large bowl combine all ingredients except bacon. Shape
meat loaf in center of 13x9 baking dish.
Lay one slice bacon on top of meat loaf, draping ends over sides
and tucking under meat loaf. Repeat with remaining bacon,
evenly covering top of meat loaf.
Bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes or until done.
