Richwood Meat Company is a closely held California corporation that was incorporated on December 8, 1974 and grew from the partnership of John Wood and Richard Rohrback. Today, Richwood Meat Company is led by Mike and Steve Wood, who continue the proud legacy left by their late father, John Wood, of bringing quality
custom wholesale and retail products to the western United States and the Pacific Rim.

When Mr. Rohrback retired in 1998, our employees created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) as a vehicle to purchase his ownership interest in Richwood Meat Company. The ESOP program has instilled a high level of engagement and pride
for all of us as part-owners.
